ATTRACTISS Masterclass | Bremen, Germany

On 3–4 March 2026, Landwirtschaftskammer Schleswig-Holstein (LKSH), a partner in the ATTRACTISS project, organised an ATTRACTISS Masterclass in Bremen, Germany.

The general goal of the masterclass was to gather well-founded assessments of the implementation of the EIP-AGRI in Germany and to derive recommendations for the new funding period.

The programme started with the presentation of the results of a short survey, followed by a review of the most important developments since 2023 and a discussion on the roles and responsibilities of Innovation Support Services (ISS). During a World Café session, a tool from the ATTRACTISS toolbox, participants explored the results further and collected concrete ideas for improvements.

On the second day, the group used the outcomes of the first day and the survey to develop concrete recommendations for the future. Discussions were structured around the seven ISS functions, and participants presented and discussed how these recommendations could be implemented.

The masterclass concluded with an international perspective, including an online input and discussion with Marleen Gysen (Boerenbond Projects) and Peter Paree (ZLTO).

In total, 16 participants attended the event. Fourteen participants work as Innovation Support Services for EIP Operational Groups in different federal states of Germany. The group was accompanied by representatives from the German CAP Network and the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Germany).
