The 2nd ATTRACTISS Train-the-Trainer was a Success!

From April 2–4, 2025, ATTRACTISS held its second Train-the-Trainer (TTT) workshop in Vienna, Austria, proudly hosted by LKO. The event brought together 16 participants from across Europe — Austria, Poland, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Finland, the Netherlands, and Belgium — for 2.5 days of hands-on learning and co-creation.

The workshop was designed not only to introduce useful tools and methods for advisory work but also to apply them to real-life examples brought by the participants themselves. A key outcome was the development of a workshop format participants can use to address challenges they encounter in their own professional contexts.

This TTT session emphasized peer learning, collaboration, and practical application. By testing tools in small groups and building workshops from scratch, participants gained confidence and concrete strategies to take home.

What’s next? Participants will now train their colleagues in their respective countries, expanding the impact of ATTRACTISS and strengthening advisory services across Europe.
